Stress is not good for health and hence working stress free is very important. Though it is difficult to escape the stressful environment of our professional lives but we can take certain measures that will make the impact of stress little-less. 1) Start early: This is one of the simplest yet effective ways to keep stress at bay. When you reach your workplace on time and start early then you don’t have to rush to do things in the evening when you will be leaving for home. This will also not allow piling up your work. 2) Prioritize your work: Prioritizing your work helps you to achieve more in your everyday work. It also lets you do more without getting into stressful condition. Once you reach office find out the work which requires immediate attention and complete it first.

6) Take a pause: When things start to seem out of control and work overwhelm you then just give a break to yourself. Take a pause and relax, or take a walk, have a refreshing snacks or juice. This will make you fresh and rejuvenate you to take the challenge in more systematic way. This will bring your stress level down and make your work more interesting and fun.
